Designer Gabriela Hearst is expected to step down as Creative Director of Chloé after presenting her final collection for the brand this autumn.
Hearst’s SS24 collection for Chloé will reportedly be her last, according to WWD. She will then leave to focus on her eponymous label, which was founded in 2015.
The Uruguay-born, New York-based designer was appointed as Creative Director of Chloé in December 2020, taking over from Natacha Ramsay-Levi. She made history as the first female designer with a multi-cultural heritage to take the helm of a Parisian fashion house.
